You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.

Step 1

Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.

Step 2

We take time to look back on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can continue to improve—together.

Step 3

When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product—it’s a solution you can trust, backed by real care and effort.

Step 4

Meet the Founder

Natalia

Hello, I am Natalia, an neonatal nurse with extensive experience providing high-quality care to sick and premature neonates in a range of clinical settings around the world. Throughout my career in neonatal nursing, I have worked across clinical and leadership roles.

I have worked hard to advocate for the nursing role and advance neonatal care, notably developing and leading clinical education programs, leading quality improvement initiatives and delivering service development projects to support better health access and quality care.

My expertise extends to nursing advocacy and clinical education where I have focused on fostering professional development opportunities for neonatal nurses. I am an active member of state-wide, national and international neonatal collaborative groups which focused on improving clinical care and outcomes for vulnerable neonates and sharing this knowledge with fellow nurses, midwives and medical colleagues. I am passionate about research, education, and continuous quality improvement and dedicated to empowering nurses and enhancing neonatal care standards.

I am the founder and co-director of N.E.O - Neonatal Education Oz, an organisation developed from the grass roots which is dedicated to advancing neonatal education and practice for nurses and midwives working in neonatal care.
